Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Imperial AI Ltd ("we", "us") for 6-Pack App. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Health disclaimer

6-Pack App provides general fitness, exercise and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, have a health condition or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. You exercise at your own risk. Recipes may not suit your allergies or dietary needs; always check ingredients yourself.

3. Subscriptions

• Some features need a paid subscription, bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Manage or cancel in your store account settings (App Store or Google Play subscriptions). Deleting the app or your 6-Pack App account does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices, free trials and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot refund store purchases directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload recordings or notes that are unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit or of other people without their consent;
• share your account, or attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its security;
• scrape or copy our programmes, recipes, videos or other content, or resell the service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (such as recordings and notes). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it to provide the service, including to personal trainers you choose to share with. All programmes, recipes, videos, text and branding remain ours or our licensors' and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Personal trainers

Trainers who give feedback through the app are independent. Their feedback is general guidance, not medical advice, and we are not responsible for it.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (More > Delete account) or at /delete-account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example liability limits) survive termination.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, add or remove features, and may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.

9. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or injury arising from your use of exercise or nutrition content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
